WHAT’S INCLUDED:

TRAINING PLAN

The training plan is designed for fat loss. You will have two different phases. Phase 1 (weeks 1 and 2) will have a mix of weights and circuit style training, and phase 2 (weeks 3 & 4) will have an addition of Interval training. Each week will include 5 workouts, plus some extra workouts in the Facebook Support group.

NUTRITION PLAN

During your 28 day plan you will focus on eating consistently and eating CLEAN. It is advised that you limit all alcohol consumption for the 28 days. You will be required to prepare your meals in advance each week. You will have several meal options for the 28 days to keep you from getting bored. They include low, high and mixed macro meals. You are encouraged to track your calorie and macro options each day (each meal will show these stats.) You will have tips on how you should best choose your meals, however all options are designed to give you a well balanced diet.

COACHING

I want to give you as much help as you need, I will be active in a support group to help you with any additional questions, and support you along the way.

SUPPORT GROUP

You will have access to the closed Facebook support group. Here you can receive extra support, motivation and tips through-out your 28 day journey. You will be able to chat and post amongst the rest of the team, and help each other stay motivated!

PROGRESS

You will be required to send in your photos and measurements prior to starting your plan, and again at the end. This is to keep yourself accountable. I want you to get the best results possible, and challenge yourself to stick to the plan as closely as possible.

WHEN DOES IT START?

You MUST sign up before entries close on November 30th, however once you have signed up and payed for your plan , you can start anytime during the month of November!

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

There is a 28 Day Clean and Lean HOME option for those can not get to a gym.

WHAT IS THE COST?

ONLY a one-off payment of $59.00 AUD

CAN I DO IT IF I AM VEGETARIAN OR HAVE FOOD INTOLERANCES (e.g. Dairy or Gluten)
