WHAT DOES THE 28 DAY PLAN INCLUDED?

TRAINING PLAN

With the 28 Day Lean & Clean Program, you must choose the style or training program that you want . All three programs are designed to work with the nutrition guide in helping your lose fat and tone your body.

Training styles include:

Strength Plan - The strength plan is a full body weights plan split into specific muscle groups so that you can focus more attention to each muscle group. This plan is suited for anyone who wants to gain muscle, build strength or lose fat. There are five weight sessions plus two-three HIIT sessions per week.

Circuit Plan - The circuit plan is designed to make you sweat! It is spilt into one lower body, one upper body, and three full body focus sessions as well as fasted cardio and the addition of HIIT in phase 2. This plan is designed for those who want to lose fat, tone and build cardiovascular fitness.

Home Plan - The home plan will be sure to help you lose fat, tone up and increase your cardiovascular fitness. This plan is for those who cannot make it to the gym. There are a few key pieces of equipment you will need to complete the home workout:

1.Yoga Mat
2.Skipping rope 
3.Kettlebell 
4.Resistance band (medium and extra light) 
5.Booty Band 
6.Bench / box or stable chair 
7.Set of Dumbbells (optional for extra weight)

All training plans have two phase:

Phase 1 = Weeks 1 & 2

Phase 2 = Weeks 3 & 4

All training plans are suitable for beginner and advanced people.

NUTRITION GUIDE

During your 28 day plan you will focus on eating consistently and eating CLEAN.

It is advised that you limit all alcohol consumption for the 28 days. If you have a busy lifestyle you must prepare your meals in advance. You have several meal options for the 28 days to keep you from getting bored. They include high fat, high carb and mixed macro meals.

The nutrition guide has all ingredients and portion sizes listed for each meal. You are able to prepare these meals however you feel is best ( details on how you should cook your meats, and what spices to use etc are shared through the support group). To get the best results with your plan you will be advised on how to pick your meals each day. It is important that you add up the daily calories and macros given on each meal to make sure you are getting a good balance in you day. This will both give you the freedom to choose what meals you like each day while understanding more about getting the right macro balance.

COACHING

I want to give you as much help as you need, I will be active in a support group to help you with any additional questions, and support you along the way.

SUPPORT GROUP

You will have access to the closed Facebook support group. Here you can receive extra support, motivation and tips through-out your 28 day journey. You are encouraged to post photos of your meals, videos or your training for technique advice, and any general motivation for the group.

PROGRESS

You are required to send in your photos and measurements prior to starting your plan, and again at the end. This is to keep yourself accountable. I want you to get the best results possible, and challenge yourself to stick to the plan as closely as possible.

CAN I DO IT IF I AM VEGETARIAN OR HAVE FOOD INTOLERANCES?

The plan does not yet have vegetarian or vegan options however substitutes can always be made and all vegetarians/ vegans are welcome to share their alternatives in our support group.
