THE “4 WEEK SHRED CHALLENGE”
The 4 Week Shred - Clean and Lean 3.0 Is about commiting yourself to a fitter and healthier 4 weeks. It's about reducing alcohol intake, exercising everyday, and eating a clean and balance diet.
Your 4 week program will include 2 x training programs split into 2 phases, part (A) and part (B) Plus macro balance menu plans to follow through-out your 4 week challenge. Your nutrition menus are not competition style diets that leave you feeling deprived or bored of your food, but they are designed to help you plan and meal prep for balanced and healthy eating during your 4 weeks. I strongly suggest you plan ahead and prepare all meals for the week in advance. Each meal option will have calorie and macro break downs so that you can tally up your daily scores and make sure you are hitting you targets!
START DATE: The Support group coaching starts Monday November 11th 2019, however if you would like to start your plan before this date please request an earlier start date.
