Alice entered the fitness industry after leaving full-time ballet and has since competed in several fitness modelling competitions, trained in powerlifting and various other styles of fitness. After years of competition diets and extreme training regimes ,She decided it was time to focus on a holistic and balanced approach, that was health focussed and sustainable long term. With so many women taking short-cuts and fast options to weight loss, She works to inspire women to spend time learning and loving fitness, rather than losing out on short term fixes.
Christiana was a corporate lawyer working in the fast lanes of the CBD. After years of working in high stress environments and turning to 'clean eating' and high intensity exercise to deal with stress, she realised the hard way that her body was on the verge of breaking down. After having dealt with serious health issues resulting in spending years consulting with an endocrinologist, she decided to take charge of her health again. She enrolled in a BHSc Nutritional Medicine and left her career in law behind. Today she helps and inspires other women to be the healthiest versions of themselves by implementing a holistic and colourful approach to eating.
