There are many things you can do to improve or change your body aesthetically BUT the truth is you cannot change your genetics and you cannot change the body shape and type you have!!

Complaining about it or wishing you were shaped differently won't help. BUT what you can do is make sure you chat to a professional about training for your shape if aesthetics is your priority!

I see a lot of chicks  pumping those weighted lateral oblique dips  😅 when I ask them why they are doing that exercise they usually say they are doing it to target their waist/hip fat! Little do they know, that's not the best way to reduce your waist line 🤔🤗
