Peanut Butter Protein Cookies


  1. 1/2 cup of Natural Peanut Butter
  2. 2 x scoops of Matrix Peanut Butter Cookie Protein (Aussie Supplements)
  3. 1 x egg
  4. 3 Tbsp almond meal
  5. 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  6. Chocolate chips (optional but obviously better!!)
  7. Almond Milk to consistency to roll unto balls


-Bake around 200 for about 15 mins

-Try not to eat the entire batch in one go!
