OAT BERRY MUFFINS

This is the perfect afternoon or post workout treat!

Lightly beat together:

  • 3 small bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small tub of Chobani yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Natural sweetener of choice (I use sugar free maple syrup)

Sift in:

  • 250g Wholemeal Flour

Mix in:

  • 60g oats (blended)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • punnet of blueberries (or half raspberry half blueberry)
  • Dark chocolate chips (OPTIONAL)

Bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes 

If you bakes 7 large muffins

1 muffin is approximately:

180 CAL - 30g C - 3g F - 9g P
