I started with Alice Jane as I’ve literally tried every training variation there is, F45, Orange theory, boot camps, gym classes, bikrham, and not seen consistent results. Alice has helped me through injury and improved my training technique immensely. I couldn’t even do a lunge before my knees are so bad! Now I actually enjoy them!

Alice’s training is fun, whilst being challenging on the body.  Each session I walk away feeling motivated and in a positive mind set reach to take on the day. I feel my strength has grown in the last month training with Alice.  Whatever your goal may be; to tone, strength or losing weight; Alice will design the right program to achieve this.

Absolutely love training with you! The sessions are fantastic, challenging but fun and always end up with a great feeling. I have started training with you 8 months ago, and my main goal was to improve my posture as I was suffering from neck pain. I thought getting stronger will help but didn't know where to start. You did a great job big time! I have become stronger healthier me (physically and mentally), built my confidence in the gym and learned how to enjoy a good workout. Thank you very much!
