I first came to Alice seeking help to lose weight and tone up. I had just completed a 12 week challenge which I did not do so well in and was unsure as to why - I did cardio everyday and thought my eating habits were really good! All i wanted was to be skinnier and fit into size 8 clothes! Then I started training with Alice and she changed everything including the way I think about food and fitness. I have now discovered my love for weight training and am focusing on being STRONG rather than skinny. I really enjoy my sessions with Alice as she always pushes me to my limits and I always leave feeling good about myself. My most recent achievement was being able to deadlift 100kg - something I thought I could NEVER do! I cannot recommend Alice highly enough, I am in the greatest shape that I've ever been and so grateful to have Alice as a trainer.
