I signed up for the 4 week detox program because I wanted to get back on track with my healthy eating habits and get myself back into a good routine with food. Having a nutrition plan designed especially for me allowed me to do this, and combined with the regular group training and my PT sessions with Alice, I’ve dropped some unwanted body fat along the way and am feeling fit and full of energy! Alice created a realistic nutrition plan for me that fit in well with my lifestyle, and during the 4 weeks she was very supportive and always reachable with any questions I had. I’ve really enjoyed the group training sessions as they’ve helped keep me motivated and I feel like my fitness levels have definitely increased whilst doing this program.
