I started with Alice Jane as I’ve literally tried every training variation there is, F45, Orange theory, boot camps, gym classes, bikrham, and not seen consistent results. Alice has helped me through injury and improved my training technique immensely. I couldn’t even do a lunge before my knees are so bad! Now I actually enjoy them!
Alice’s training is fun, whilst being challenging on the body. Each session I walk away feeling motivated and in a positive mind set reach to take on the day.
